Monica also led the business turnaround and eventual acquisition of a 9 county healthcare provider by the largest employer in the state.  Accountable for change management of the entire human resources function with direct accountability to the CEO and Board of Directors during a time of tremendous healthcare reform and stringent reimbursement policies, Monica aggressively designed, developed and implemented the full complement of the entire employment life cycle improvement program in 16 months saving the company millions of dollars, reducing turnover by 25% and improving customer satisfaction by 75%.
